adequate stay with minor drawbacks
significant noise limited breakfast
the room i had faced the street and the noise was significant. it. additionally i found the breakfast options to be quite limited. the selection did not change much and i wished for more variety.

the breakfast choices were great, with a wide selection of foods. the room included a refrigerator and tv. i found the location very convenient, near shops and restaurants.
the seating area in the lobby was minimal.

ABSOLUTELY Amazing Stay!
wide variety friendly staff super clean environment
WOW, the staff was SO friendly and always ready to assist with directions, taxi bookings, and local restaurant recommendations. The cleaning staff maintained a super clean environment. I saw them replenish fresh towels EVERY day. Breakfast had a wide variety of food, served in two dining areas. The main floor selection was HUGE.
The safe inside the room was on the smaller side.

BREAKFAST is available in two locations. One on the main floor includes a wider selection, and the other in the basement is quieter. Staff are multilingual, I even heard them speak Russian. They arranged a surprise cake with candles for my son's birthday!

THE location provides easy access to the city's attractions with convenient tram services running frequently nearby. The area surrounding the building has many shops and restaurant options. I walked to the city center in less than 15 minutes!

practical stay
quick walk product choice helpful staff
the metro is a quick walk. the center can be reached by walking about 20 minutes. the staff was friendly and helpful. breakfast had a good product choice with fresh food. there was also an amazing bread selection.
i noticed some minor issues with water pressure in the tap. i suggest using the shower before 9 am. i did receive a small discount because of this.

the staff are very helpful and friendly here. they speak good english. they were super ok regarding parking, for which a reservation is necessary. the receptionists were very kind to the guests at all times.

The staff ordered taxis for us. They also recommended local restaurants. Breakfast service was friendly and there was a wide food choice. Cleaning staff were thorough and spoke English.
The room lacked air conditioning.
